Hi,

My clients have Subscription based licenses for Adobe Acrobat pro DC and when they try to sign in to the applicaiton with their ID, its show "Subscription Expired".

did basic troubleshooting like asked user to sign out/ sign in and check, for some user license got activated.

but for some no luck, also tried to repair but no luck.

it is affecting 200+ users and in admin console i could see license is active for all of them.

would really appreacaite the help.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described some of the users are able to use the application after logging out and logging in and some are not able to use the application and getting the error message 'Subscrition expired'

Do they get any error message when they try to login to the application? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

Do they have any security software installed on their machine that might be causing the issue? Please try to turn off the security software for testing only and see if that helps.

Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risk.

Also please check out the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-verify-your-subscription-status.html

You may also try to check their connection to Adobe Server and try to reset the host file as described here - https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html and see if that works for you.

Regards

Amal
