Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (Win10 64), forms, Mongolian font display problem

I have the latest Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. I need to create textfields that support Mongolian script in a "connected" way. I currently have textfields in the Mongolian Baiti font, and when text is entered/pasted, it looks like the image on the left, whereas it should look like the image on the right.

When I copy the "disconnected" text into Notepad++ or Word, it is displayed correctly again; and when I create PDF from Word, that shows correctly as well - so the problem seems to be with entering text in forms.

Does anyone know the solution? Thank you!

    What you need is support for something called "shaping", the automatic changing of characters according to the characters next to them. This has to be done carefully for every language script, and companies have been slowly doing each script in turn with many issues left (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mongolian_script#Font_issues). Windows includes shaping support for Mongolian script, but I suspect Adobe have not yet caught up, and there is no way to do this with Adobe products. Even if you could, people fill forms with a wide range of apps, each of which may need support (or might, ironically, pick up Windows' support).

    Is there a way to reach Adobe and ask them to do it? I mean aren't we on an Adobe community forum?

    Unfortunately these don't help. I've installed all possible lg support files in Acrobat, as well as the package for Reader, and it doesn't seem to change anything. Is there an option I could turn on/off like the one Illustrator has under Type > Paragraph > Middle Eastern and South Asian ... Composer?

    Preflight shows no errors. Probably because there's no error per se - these are alternates depending on the position in a word and neighbouring characters, and either that's sth Acrobat forms don't support, or else I don't know how to turn it on.

      Hi, were you able to find any solution to your problem? I'm also looking at making some Mongolian Script creatives and I don't know where to begin 😞
