Adobe Acrobat Pro Editor

New Here ,
Sep 01, 2023 Sep 01, 2023

We have licensed users in our organization for AdobeAcrobat Editor. They can login to adobe, download and install Adobe Editor but the app opens in creative cloud. We want the app is downloaded on a machine, installed and opens/works like any other installed application on a computer. Can I have some guidance on this?

Thanks

Mansoor

Hi,

to help us get you the best advice:

  1. Can you confirm the operating system you are using?
  2. Have you tried to open the software 'Creative Cloud' from your computer

  3. If you have installed Acrobat correctly, you can click on the Open button for Acrobat. That should start the application.
