Adobe Acrobat Pro Freezes Up MacOs Monterey

I use MacBook Pro (2017, MacOs Moneterey 12.5.1). When I start Acrobat Pro, a spinning wheel appears in 3-6 seconds after launching (probably at signing up phase) and program locks down. Spinning wheel sometimes disappear after 4-5 minutes, mostly stays there forever!  I can only force quit the application and restart it and same things happen again. This problem has been happening since months and independent of updates both for Mac or Creative Cloud. I’ve searched through all similar community entries and suggestions here and tried most of them (including removing and reinstalling the application, using cleaning tool to remove app and traces, removing extra user profiles to avoid conflict of users, restoring the Acrobat preferences files). Still having same problem!!

Dear Amal,

Thank you for your suggestion. I've tried to accept EULA but I failed. Then, miraculously my problem was solved. Now I can use Acrobat Pro DC, without knowing what was the problem. Thanks anyway.

Hi @ersink18390025

We are sorry to hear that.

As you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps with no luck, please try the following workaround and try to launch any other application from the Creative Cloud All applications suite and accept the EULA (End User License Agreement) and then quit the application and launch Acrobat Pro DC and check if its working now.

Hope it will help
