Is it possible to share the information requested by @Ankita5E56 and help us with some additional info?  

  • Are the files located locally on the machine?
  • What is the current version of Acrobat that has been installed?
  • OS Name and version?

  1.           What sequence of steps caused the Acrobat to Freeze?
  2.           Is it possible for you to share the document that caused the Freeze?
  3.           Additional details :
  •          Is the Freezing issue file-specific, or does it occur with any file?
  •          Does the Acrobat Freeze happen every time you perform this workflow?
  •          Have you tried restarting Acrobat, and does it help in preventing the issue?
  •          Have you tried restarting your system, and does it help in preventing the issue?
