Adobe Acrobat Pro Installation

Hi,

I was installing Adobe Acrobat Pro to a user's laptop but I kept having this error over and over again.

"There is a problem when decompressing some files, please check the free space on your computer and the write access to the specified folder." What seems to be the problem here?

Note:

C: drive space has plenty of space. Also logged in to my admin rights.

What version of Acrobat are you trying to install? What's the OS version on this machine?
