Adobe Acrobat Pro is not responding

Hello All,

 

I'm seeking assistance with an issue I've encountered today with Adobe Acrobat Pro. I installed the software on a Dell Latitude 9520 laptop, but unfortunately, when the user attempts to open a PDF file, Adobe Acrobat freezes and becomes unresponsive.

 

I've taken several troubleshooting steps, including uninstalling, and reinstalling the application, but the issue persists.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

 

Would you mind trying out the steps mentioned below:

Go to Menu-> Preferences-> Security (enhanced)-> uncheck the option "Run in AppContainer"-> Restart.
