adobe acrobat pro is not working

when starting my paid adobe acrobat I am asked to start trial and it is not possible to continue.

have latest windows 10 an reinstalled files

what to do

Exact same problem here. I would think that Adobe would have someone monitor the Community posts for large outage complaints but it isn't looking that way. Even the Chat bot just talks in circles. I am beginning to think that Adobe might be in some trouble. I hope they figure it out soon.

Not to beat a horse or anything, but for grins and giggles I unistalled Acrobat for the third time and reinstalled it just now and it is now working flawlessly. Good luck getting your's functional. Maybe three time's the charm.
