Adobe Acrobat Pro on Mac

I recently switched from using a Dell laptop to using a MacBook Air at work. I am having trouble activating my Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 with my serial number. Any tips?

If this is the "perpetual license" version (and not a subscription) it's platform-dependent. You can't use a Windows license on a Mac, or vice versa. You will need to change your license. The subscription license is cross-platform, and can be installed on either one.
