Hello,
I have a bunch of designers that print to a HP DesignJet Z9 dr PostScript Printer, just recently adobe print page options are all grayed out. When you hit properties to get the HP Printing options, the designers are not able to print the page to their specified printing preferences (like 200 scale by certain width and height).
I updated all the programs and drivers, but they are still not working right, which previously worked fine. Curious if anyone knows any solutions?

Hi @theKtechex ,
Can you share specifically where your users are trying to make their print settings changes? Are they tring to make changes to the document from the Acrbat print menu or from the printer propeties menu? If you can provide screenshots and let usknow exactly what is greyed out, taht will be extremely helpful.

Hi @theKtechex ! Thanks for those!
It appears other previously have had this issue and posted to this forum. I'll reference the thread here: Page sizing & handling grayed out - Adobe Support Community - 10269797
It looks like many had success changing the printer driver to the "non-pdf" verison of the driver. I would double check but it apears you can get the driver from the HP site here: HP DesignJet Z9+ 44-in PostScript Printer Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support
Let us know if switching out that driver works for you.
