I have been given Adobe Acrobat Pro License with Redact Feature included but this option is greyed out for me when using Adobe Acrobat Pro Latest version. This option is greyed out for any documents i try to redact , including docs with no security added.
I have reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro a few times but the issue remains . Tried on another computer but issue remains

Yes. The screenshot you posted communicates that you don't have any PDF documents opened. If you did, they would have tabs in the top-left beside the Home and Tools tabs.

Hi,
As per the screenshot, it seems App is running with Acrobat standard license. Could you please confirm you are on latest version ?

Hi Pariah - Could you please provide some guidance as to why the Redact tool isn't appearing despite my having Adobe Acrobat Pro? It has been months of my company's IT team trying to figure it out and they're coming to Adobe for some guidance.

Could you share a video of the problem at your end so we can identify the issue? Also, share the Acrobat version installed on your machine: https://adobe.ly/4i2wdli;
Can you Edit a PDF file? If you are using a Windows machine, click on Start> Search > Acrobat Distiller and wait for a minute to see if it throws a login screen.

Hello –
Problem is still not resolved. See below currently installed Adobe Pro Version and issue with redact tool still being greyed out . This is the same with any pdf document we test – security or no security. I also opened Distiller , waiting 15 mins . no log in pop up
