Adobe Acrobat Pro - Redact tool

Adobe Pro / Acrobat Pro. PDF - Redact tool.
All installed on users laptop but when trying to use Redact tool, it states it still needs to be installed / added. "More tool components are being installed. We'll let you know when you can use the tool". This was done last week Thursday

Any, old, new, my colleague has tried with multiple PDF files.

But the same message comes up each time.
