Adobe Acrobat PRO - spinning wheel

Hi,

 

Version 2023.003.20244 (64bit)

When I try to Proteect File with password, a blank windows appears with a spinning wheel.

I need to restart the PC or kill Adobe task.

Seems that the problem only affects x64 version but not 32 bit.
How to download the 32 bit version?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Please go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > General > Uncheck, 'Show online storage when saving file' > Click OK and reboot the application and check.

That has been done already, forgot to mention that.

Two different PCs and the same problem.
Seems you have a bug in the 64 bit version.

Cannot attached diagnostic logs 😞
