Adobe Acrobat Pro Tools Tab and Side Pane are Blank

I recently installed Adobe Acrobat Pro for a user and the Tools tab and side pane are showing up and blank (image attached). I tried reinstalling the App from Creative Cloud with the same result; repairing the App did not work either. PDF tabs are also missing the X button and when I right click on them and select Close-it does nothing.

Have had this issue for months, ended up installing 32 bit version to be able to use a product we pay for.

We have this problem as well. Same version of Windows 10 and version 23.001.20093 of Acrobat Pro.

I have a user experiencing the same problem. Does anybody know if there is any sort of update on this issue?

We have a user who is having the same issue. Select any items and it goes to a blank screen. Have tried a repair, a full uninstall and reinstall, and update to the latest Adobe Acrobat DC. Still fails.

We are using Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) version 23.001.20064 and it is being used on a Windows 10 21H2 Machine.

 

The issue was first reported to the IT department on March 3rd.

Have you fixed your problem? I have exact same problem and tried lots of different solutions they suggested but none of them worked. Here is the screen shot.

The fix will be available in the future updates.

Are there any updates on this error? I have had this problem for a week and have had to resort to the web version in the meanwhile.

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link
https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works for you.

Hi Amal,

Thank you for the help. I followed your instructions and unfortunately that did not fix the issue. The Tools are still showing as blank and do not function. It's almost like there is a corrupt file that Acrobat is still using. I thought the cleaner tool would take care of anything like that but the issue persists.
