Adobe Acrobat Pro - Trouble shooting - Font - Report Generation

Question

Help, I'm having an issue with wrong font being used when generating a report out of Adobe Acrobat. See attached.

Is there a way to tell acrobat what font to use when creating the pdf?

The report is coming from PDF Toolbox.

Any help would be great.
