Adobe Acrobat Pro Uninstall

I want to uninstall Acrobat Pro on iMac because of issues but I cannot find the uninstaller app. I have tried getting help through the chat but couldn't get the right answer. I also have Acrobat Pro on a second macbook  and it does show the uninstller. And it doesn't have the same issues. BTW I cannot access the about Adobe Acrobat to find the version etc.

    Please try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.
