Adobe Acrobat Pro - Windows 11 - Solidworks 2023 - Adobe addon is breaking on print.

Hello,

I am trying to resolve an issue with an end user of mine where they attempt to print to pdf on one of their solidwork drawings. When they try to print to pdf, it will freeze, and get stuck trying to create the pdf of the Solidworks part.

I tried a full uninstall, and reinstall of Adobe which didn't work as the same issue would come back after a day. I made sure to update to the latest version of 2025 Adobe acrobat pro, but now we are having issues where the pdf refuses to save and doesn't generate a file. 

Solidworks support tried to look into it but they couldn't figure it out from the solidworks side of things.
