I had Adobe Acrobat Pro X on my Mac OS Sierra 10.12

I now updated it to Catalina OS 10.15.4 and it won't open.

This is going to get worse not better so I strongly suggest you check the status of ALL of your apps before ANY macOS upgrade, and budget for continual upgrading. It's all part of the Joy of Mac.
