Goes right into Not Responding upon opening... anything. Will not allow me to fix the security preferences that would allow further access. I'm using Windows 7, and 10. No luck on either. Is this something that is going to be fixed or is there an alternative I should seek? I've tried re-installing Adobe Acrobat, but it didn't help.

Hi Profallenberry,
Please confirm if you get the error on launching the application or when you open a file in the application and the exact error message that you receive.
Also, please try "run as an admin" oprtion and refer to the link below for the same and see how it goes:
Run an Adobe program as administrator | Windows 7, Vista
And if you still get the error message, try the repair installation of the application.
