Adobe Acrobat Reader 2023 - seeing select, hand, tools

Question

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader 2023. I have set it up to show a number of tools, but the select, hand, and zoom pecentage tools, although selected for showing, do not appear on the toobar, and there is plenty of room for them.

To assist you better, could you please provide a screenshot of the Acrobat Reader screen you're referring to? This will help me understand the issue more clearly.
