Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (64-bit), can not open dynamic forms.

Hello everyone,

I have the following "strange" problem.

Use Acrobat Reader to edit forms.

When I load a dynamic form, a window comes up twice where it only shows "No error"

and then comes the usual text that my viewer is not able to display this type of document.

Reloaded the Adobe Reader DC (64-bit), but without success.

The same file/form can be opened without problems with most of the colleagues I have tried,

just not on my laptop and PC.

What can be the reason that I cannot open dynamic forms? ..although others can.

Ps. I also went through all the settings, also without success. Am desperate ... any help is more than welcome.
