Adobe Acrobat Reader DC MUI and Adobe Acrobat DC

Is it necessary to have both of these installed on a PC? When trying tyo save a PDF as Save as, it comes up as this:

Microsoft → windows→ INetCache>Content>O4NT2XK3. I'm wondering if this is why due to collision of the two programs. If not then do we still need both on Win 10?

It's not recommended to have Acrobat and Reader parallel installed on one computer. You either use this or that. If something is already wrong you better uninstall both and reinstall one of them again.
