Obwohl ich die Creative Cloud lizenziert habe, kann ich Lokal nur den Acrobat Reader nutzen. Online ist die Pro Version aber nutzbar. Wie kann ich auch Lokal auf den Acrobat Pro umstellen?

Make sure the user is logged into their Adobe account and then Go to 'Help' tab in your Acrobat Reader and choose 'Install premium features' from the drop-down menu.

Hope this helps!

Same problem here. Although I'm logged in, but there is no such entry in the 'Help' tab. Did something change in the past year?

Hi, i know it is late to answer this question.
However, for future visitors, you need to check with your IT Admins if you have IT-managed machines. They can enable or disable products for your ID.

If that is not the case, please provide more information about whether Acrobat is purchased under the same ID or a different ID and what happens if you install Acrobat: https://adobe.ly/4al3eXv;

If you have further questions, please feel free to post a new question in the community.
