A user is experiecing an issue where any time a PDF of any size is opened for editing in acrobat they receive an error stating "There is insuffecient memory to process this page" regardless of the size of the file. The user's device has 32GB RAM and task manager shows memory usage getting no higher than 35% when the issue occurs. We have tried reinstalling Acrobat, verifying integrity of the installation, clearing Windows caches and temp files, all to no avail.  The files are saved locally (not being pulled from any cloud based service when opening) and fast web view has been disabled as well.

Hi @Isaac339882031woa

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Have you started experiencing this issue recently after the new update, version 23.08.2042X?

What is the version of the application you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the application updated to version 23.08.2042X Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, go to Preferences (CTRL,CMD+K) > Page Display > Under Rendering, Uncheck 'Use Page Cache' > Click OK and reboot the application and check.

Please disregard. The error was specific to one specific file, not Acrobat in general.
