Hi, looking for advice. We have Adobe for Teams primarily to request signatures from customers. Software worked well on Microsoft Edge to start with until last while. We've been having issues trying to request signatures. On the browser version we get "auth.services.Adobe.com refused to connect" and have no access to a saved template of the document we would like eSigned.
We have a workaround by using the desktop app and requesting eSignatures by creating a new document each time which has become very labourious not being able to use one template. I have tried using the contact centre who seemed to just read me out the steps I followed from an online page advising to clear cookies, incognito mode etc.
Could anyone please advise on how to rectify this ?
