Question

Adobe Acrobat Sign signature request language

Hello,

How do I change the language of the signature request message that a person receives from me. I want the requests, the invitations, to be in English. Adobe sends everything in the language of my locale, Finnish in this case. I have changed all settings I can find into English with no effect. Any hints on this would be appriciated. Thanks!

Hi @Teppo L5FD8,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

If you have a business account with Acrobat Sign, you can reach out to your Account Admin, for them to set up your Account Settings.

Steps to do so can be found here: https://adobe.ly/42qEzPf.

If you have an individual account, you should see the option (Recipient's language) on the request signature setup page. Choosing the language from the dropdown should allow you to change it as per your reference.

Steps available here: https://adobe.ly/4ix005Y.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Souvik.

This steps don't help me, I work with e-signing in Adobe Acrobat Pro and there are no options to change the language of the recipient.

Hi @geo_0526,

Thanks for the response.

If you are still looking for a solution, would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you see when on the window above step 3 in the help article: https://adobe.ly/3VBhFQF

This would help us understand better and assist you accordingly.

Regards,
Souvik.
