Adobe Reader DC update automatically removed my Adobe Acrobat Standard 9.0 from my computer without my persmission.

That's unlikely. It's more likely that it took over the PDF file extension, but Acrobat should still be installed.

However, you should know that those two versions are not compatible with each other, not to mention that Acrobat 9 is a very old and unsupported version, not compatible with any current OS.
