Adobe Acrobat Standard - SCCM deployement failed error code 0x3D6d3 (251603)

Hi, we are deploying Adobe Acrobat Standard 64 bit to our windows 11 devices, for test deployment it installed on 4 but failed on 7 laptops. I looked at the AppEnforce.log but it's showing same eorrr code. Online seard was not very helpful based on this error code. Has anyone else experieced this and what was the solution. Any help will be very appriciated. thanks

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Could you please share the MSI log from any machine that is facing installation failure?

Before the deployment, kindly set the registry to create the MSI log as follows:

  • Path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer
  • Type: Reg_SZ
  • Key: Logging
  • Value: voicewarmupx

Once done, please share the MSI log from the local temp folder location.
