Adobe Acrobat stops working with a grey square

Hello, this has been happening from some weeks now, I open a document in Acrobat and after a while a screen opens but it stays frozen, it does not load anything and I can't do anything on the document I am looking at.

I attach a screenshot of the square that shows up. I don't know how to pass this thing in order to use Acrobat without any issue again.
