Adobe Acrobat suddenly won't open any PDF attachment emailed to me from anyone
Suddenly having issues opening PDF attachments from my email through Outlook. We have 5 email accounts with our company and my email is the ONLY one suddenly having issues. The error message is: "Adobe Acrobat could not open 'report name.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent an an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
I can forward the email and attachment to another email address within the company and it opens fine. I have already uninstalled Adobe Acrobat and reloaded it, searched on line for solutions, tried to chat with someone at Adobe....with no answer. I'm not sure what else to try. Any help would be much appreciated!
