Adobe acrobat telling me i need to upgrade when i already have acrobat pro

Hello I would like some help with this wierd problem i ran into yesterday. I was trying to send out a PDF for e-signatures as I do every week without problems however yesterday adobe told me i needed to upgrade to acrobat pro in order to access this feature. I have acrobat pro in my plan (paid upfront) untill April 2026. If i were to click "upgrade" adobe will even warn me saying that I already have the acrobat pro package. I've always used adobe in my browser so i tried downloading the software but the problem remains.

Anyone else that have experienced the same problem? Thanks in advance!

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

I have checked your Adobe account and found an active plan for Acrobat Pro. Please try to logout of the application, reboot the computer and relogin with your Adobe credentials and see if that works.

You may also try to request signatures via document cloud here https://adobe.ly/431UNy3 and check.

Let us know how it goes.

Hello and thank you for the quick reply. I've tried logging out of both the application and from the browser with no success. Is there anything else i could try?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to keep you waiting.

Have you tried to request signatures via the Document Cloud as suggested in the previous response? If not, please give it a try and see if that works.

Also, please try updating the app to the latest version 25.01.2084X from the help menu > check for updates, and reboot the computer once.

You may also check the troubleshooting steps shared in the help page https://adobe.ly/47Zc5xs

Let us know how it goes.
