I have a user who is attempting to use the text recognition feature in adobe for a scanned document, but received the following errors below in succession, in reverse order listed. User has Adobe Acrobat DC 2017 Pro.
This issue happens on different profiles on system as well. Tried uninstalling adobe using REVO and Ccleaner and reinstall (issue persists). See Attachment. Could you provide further instructions for troubleshooting/resolution? Thank you in advance.
