Adobe Acrobat Unexpected error pops up everytime when working on a pdf document

We have found that disabling "PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer option" in Acrobat Pro settings works for this error. However we have around 2000 users using Adobe Acrobat Pro. We are looking for Registry fix so we can apply it to all the computers.


Is there a Windows registry fix to disable "PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorer option" in Adobe Acrobat pro?
