Initially the problems was "Adobe Acrobat upgrade status there were some installation issues we're trying again" and Adobe Reader was opening instead of Pro.
After un-installing Reader and re-installing Acrobat from Creative Cloud, Pro seems to be working but there is always an installation status of "Adobe Acrobat upgrading key features there were some installation issues we're trying again".
How do fix / remove these installation issues?
Regards,
AjN

Hi @AjN3806
Hi there
Hope you are doing well.
Please check If the download is interrupted, as it may result in a corrupt or incomplete file, preventing the installation from completing.
Also check for the Antivirus software as Some antivirus software can block the installation, try disabling it temporarily for testing purposes an see if that works.
Also try to switch the internet connection to a different and stable one and see if that helps.
If it still doesn't work, please collect and share the fiddler logs, Below are the steps to capture fiddler logs :
• Download fiddler from: https://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler
• Run fiddler and go to ‘Tools-> Options’
• In the HTTPS tab, ensure the checkboxes are checked: ‘Capture HTTPS connects’ and ‘Decrypt HTTPS traffic.
• Now let fiddler run and launch Acrobat and perform the same operation.
• Once complete do a save of data by ‘File->Save->All sessions’.
• Please share this data
Regards
Amal

Hello,
I am having the same issue, and the advanced Pro features of Acrobat have not downloaded for me to use. I have confirmed that this is not an internet or local firewall issue.
I have captured a fiddler log as suggested... how can I share this securely with you?

I've been attempting to get key features to install for several days now. Is sending Adobe network telemetry really the solution?
I've seen other Adobe resources link to cleanup tools for acrobat but none of the three I've found will actually run on my M3.
Where are the resources to actually troubleshoot this? I feel like installing adobe acrobat should not incur this many days of downtime.
