Adobe Acrobat User Interface (UI) Design Requests / Terrible layout for business operations

The current layout of Adobe Acrobat for Mac Os is not user friendly.  For a business, it is hard to easily manage and obtain the big picture of all pending and signed forms. Ive been using this for about 6 months and I dislike the current layout. Please consider my requests for the UI.
