Is anyone familiar with the PDF Mail Merger website? Or would anyone know if Adobe Acrobat could do something similar where we upload or read an Excel file of names and addresses and auto populate and create individual PDF files? The PDF Mail Merger software looks good, but I don't have any information about where we would be uploading our data to, which worries me. Would rather create this in-house and in Acrobat, if it is possible. Thoughts from the pros? Thanks!

Yes, this can be done entirely in Acrobat, without sharing any information with any third-parties, using a script.
I've developed a (paid-for) tool that does just that: https://www.try67.com/tool/acrobat-mail-merge-and-email-pdf-files
It runs entirely on your computer and does not upload any information anywhere. You can even run it without internet access at all.

Excellent looking tool, which handles what we need. I will present this as an option. Thank you!

Hi. I had a project with 954 files and Adobe Acrobat Pro only provided me the one-by-one record import option, with wich I made 300 out of the 954 files, in 2 days (performing other tasks, not only this), it takes 7 steps to create each pdf document from each excel record, importing the data (not having to type it), and that is not very efficient but at least is doable. Just search in the help area, by "Import form data" and it will provide you the steps.
