Total fake. There is a perpetual license but not to this product (there is no such product), and it is at least 10 times the price. You would get nothing, or a malware filled fake, or at best something that worked for a few months.

Unfortunately, enough people go for it, which is why the ads keep popping up. It is profitable to deceive people!
