Adobe Acrobat won't print client's responses in the fillable fields.

I sent a client a pdf with Fillable Fields.  They returned it with their responses.  I see the responses on screen, but the responses don't print out.  The form will print, but not the client answers.  My co-worker can print out the same file without issues.  I assume I have a setting that is not correct, but cannot figure it out.  Any ideas?

@Scott25689524szow also, make sure your preferences are allowable to print the notes too .
Command K for the Mac or Control K for the PC

Thanks everyone... I think I am OK now.  I changed the Commenting settings and also noticed that I did not have a print option set to "Documents and Markups".  Seems to be printing as normal now.  Thank you all.

@Scott25689524szow why don't you just ask the co-worker? it's okay we don't know and never feel ashame to ask...even as a teacher, I don't claim to know everything!  I will ask a student how they did a certain task.

Anyways.... on the right-side panel, click on the comments icon. There are three dots...click on that

 


An dialog box option to 'Print with Comment Summary' will open. Select thus option. On my end, it automatically open my print dialog box with the document notes all over it, and the next pages will show you the comments.
