adobe acrobat X license issue - inavlid serial number
i have a genuine acrobat X pro license that i had been using for the past 10 years or so. now i try to reinstall and the installation says its an invalid serial number. any guidance

If you have a registered serial number on your account, there shouldn't be any problem. However, @try67, there is not much we can help with since this product version is declared End of Life.
