Running on a 2011 Macbook Pro Version 10.13.6 software. It opens then crashes after 15 seconds. I have the entire CS6 suite and this is the only application that does this. The rest of them run fine. I contacted Adobe Support, they had me uninstall and reinstall and it's still having the same issues. They even connected remotely and couldn't help. Is this fixable or do I really need to update my computer and software?

I'm very surprised they did any of that, as Acrobat X is not supported any longer.
Are you sure the people you contacted were from Adobe? How did you get to them?

CS6 is the end of guaranteed to operate to 10.9, and not guaranteed to 10.10 and later.
And since CS6 ended technical support in 2014.
Acrobat X support ended at 2015.

I found the solution here : https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7042
I did away with the list of recently opened documents and also some security feature within the preferences of the adobe acrobat pro app and now it stopped from crashing after opening ...
