Adobe Acrobat X Standard - Installation File needed

Hello,

in our company we use Acrobat X Standard on a computer. This computer is now replaced by a newer one.

The old original Acrobat X Standard CD is not readable anymore. We still have the Serial Code.

What to do to install the program on the new computer? Where can I download the installation file? Is there another way?

Please download Acrobat 11 / 10 Standard and Pro softwares from :http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

You can use the serial number you have to activate the software.

Thank you for the updated link. I was able to download Acrobat Pro X.

Unfortunately, my serial number does not work. Some years ago, I bought Acrobat X as an upgrade. I no longer have that program as it too crashed on my old computer.

So, when I go to register my Acrobat Pro X, it is looking for the previous version (and/or serial number) that no longer resides on my computer.

I spent over an hour on chat with tech support, but they were of no assistance. They were supposed to pass this onto someone via email to contact me, that has not happened.

I use Acrobat extensively and need some assistance ASAP
