Adobe Acrobat X1 Pro

I have an Adobe Acrobat X1 Pro subscription but i want to be able to redact in Acrobat Reader. How is this possible?

- There's no subscription for Acrobat XI, only a perpetual license.

- It's not possible to redact in Reader. Use Acrobat for that.

That option is an "ad" to get you to purchase a subscription for Acrobat DC. Only then will you be able to use it.

However, I don't understand why you need to do it at all in Reader, if you have Acrobat XI. Just do it there.

Thats really frustrating. The option is there in acrobat reader to redact but it says that i have to sign up to a free trial. But i shouldnt have to if i have paid for a license via my workplace
