Adobe Acrobat X1 standard

When using the Acrobat X1 Software- when scanning a PDF (from the Scanner or "Create Scan"), while trying to use Sharpen Feature (Optimization Feature) if one scans the same  Document 3x's or more, the result of this same Scan is much darker with a more "blurr" on it compared to the  first 1 or 2>maximum. (Please also note that the Descreen Setting is used & needed for my Scans). Therefore, what is your corrective solution for this issue?

You need to provide more information. In what way are you trying to edit the file, and what happens when you do so?

Also, what's your OS version, and what's your exact version of Acrobat XI Standard?
