Acrobat XI is a very old version, not officially compatible with any current OS.

What's your current OS version, and what's the exact version of Acrobat?

    I have Windows 10 Pro - Vers. 22H2 - installed 09/‎06/‎2023

    And the programm is Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Vers. 11.0.0.

    You needed to install updates for 11.0.0 to 11.0.23.

    I do not think the updates are still available.

    With the updates it still might not work, but this will perhaps solve the "closing immediately" problem often seen.


    They are, here: ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/11.x/
    You must use a dedicated FTP client to open the link, it won't work in most browsers.

    They must be installed in sequential order, one after another.
