Adobe Acrobat XI Serial number management

Hello

we have multiple licenses of Adobe Acrobat XI, with a serial number allowing multiple activations.

We are now strugling to install these serial number on new computers that are replacing older ones, even when we uninstall the Acrobat app from the older computers.

Is there anyway we can manage the activations on these serial numbers ?
