Hi,

 

We have looked into your Adobe account using the email address used to register here ( on Community). There's no subscription found under it. 

In such scenario what are the possibilities:

1- You have used a different email address to make the purchase and signed in into the application with another one.

Figure out the other email and Sign In using that email

2- The order wasn't placed successfully. We can confirm this for you, only if you can share (via Private message) the Order number or other possible email.
