Good morning Adobe community. Just throwing this question out there to see if anyone else is having this problem currently and/or knows how to fix it? The error we are receiving anytime we open an Adobe product (Acrobat DC, Acrobat Pro XI, etc.) is that the "Adobe Application Manager Is Missing Or Damaged". Anyone know what is going on with this? Thanks in advance and have a wonderful day.

Hey there,

Thanks for sharing the error message.

While opening application, if you receive such error, that means the application's installation files has been corrupted.

We'd rerun the installer, but before that we need to remove the existing application and its traces.

Notes: I see you have Acrobat DC as well as Acrobat XI. Keeping two different versions of same application might cause trouble too.

1- Run this cleaner tool to remove the application first: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

2- Once done, install the Acrobat DC: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html

3- Once installed, open the app and see if the message appears again.

Thanks,

Akanchha
