Adobe can't open Nitro Pro document with erros 14 and 135 and a Dictionary error.

Question

I am a long-time customer of Nitro Pro. We are an investigative firm that creates reports 200 to 300 pages. Today we had two clients report errors 14 and 135 and they use Adobe Acrobat. It opens fine with Nitro on our end, but it's a mess when opened in Adobe. Pages are blank, the first page is 8.5 by 11, but page 2 is a small thumbnail. Some pages are sideways. I have used the PDF Xviewer, and have the same issue. I have opened it in Adobe Reader and I get the same issue. Is there anything I can do to convert my document into something Adobe can open? This is urgent, thanks in advance.

If the same issues are happening in different viewers the cause is most likely the application creating the file.I suggest you report this to Nitro and ask them to provide a solution.
