I need help. I changed my plan to Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack recently because I didn't need the other apps honestly from the last plan that cost me around $26/month. Now, before I agreed with the terms, they indicated that I can get a full refund of what I have just paid for this new plan which is $160/year if I cancel before April 26, 2024. Today I tried to cancel, but the prompt on the website did not say something about getting a full refund if I cancel today, but they were quick to point out that they will charge me for an exit fee (which is ~$147 by the way!) last time I subscribed to a different plan. See pictures for prompts!
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Does it mean I still get a full refund if I cancel today? I NEED ANSWERS.
