Adobe cannot be installed on Win 11 24H2

After upgrading to Win 11 24H2, no Adobe installer opens or runs. Even with administrator permissions, the pop-up appears, I click yes and it does nothing.

It seems that there is some kind of problem with the installer in this version?
How can I install the Adobe suite if the installer does not run?

Hi @sergio_0092,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with installing Acrobat.

You can try downloading the offline installer from here: Download Acrobat installer for Enterprise term or VIP license (https://adobe.ly/3TTugyi)

If this does not work, and you have creative cloud desktop app installed, you can proceed with the installation from with the creative cloud app too.

Let me know if neither of the steps work, and we can troubleshoot further.

Hi @Jaroslaw23820229773w,

This link should be the one then: How to download the Creative Cloud desktop app (adobe.com)

Give it a try and let me know if this is what you were looking for.
